I thought the difference between Hibbertia stricta and Hibbertia calycina had been sorted out recently. Stricta with only stellate (star shaped) hairs on the calyx cupping the flowers, and calycina with longer simple hairs as well. The latest version of ‘Census of Plants of the Australian Capital Territory’ (30 August 2019) includes ericifolia as well. It has 3 carpels in the centres of the flowers while the other two have 2.
I think your the flowers in your photo 1 have 2 carpels and the calyx in photo 2 lacks longer hairs over the stellate hairs, so that makes it Hibbertia stricta.
