May be 2 species together? One appears to be Cladia Aggregata, but not sure if fruiting bodies are not from a more leafy species underneath.

Yep, Cladia aggregate plus the 'trumpets' of a Cladonia species, thathave developed from the flat flakes (or squamules) on the soil.
