I'm not certain of the identification, but the photo is consistent with Psaroxantha calligenes, a more common and local species compared with P. basilica.

I think I favoured P, basilica over P. calligenes because of the absence of a second brown stripe immediately behind the head and the presence of two brown tick marks present on at least one image of P. basilica on the ALA bordering the brown marking at the wing tip (see Tamara Leitch's image there).

Thanks. Looking again, the ACT specimens that I referred to aren't P. calligenes, rather an undescribed group. They have the characteristics that you refer to for P. basilica, for which all ANIC specimens are N NSW and S Qld.
