This looks rather like
Case moth (Psychidae) Lepidoscia sp. (genus) (Unidentified cone case moth) on 27 Dec 2017
with the main covering of chewed detritus, and the reinforcing stick(s).
Any chance of rearing it in protective custody to see what the adult moth looks like?
