I thought the flower heads were like Cassinia aculeata, which is why I photographed it, but the leaf size seemed too big. I am not sure of the difference between rolled and turned.
The technical terms are recurved (Figure 10 d) and revolute (Figure 10e). http://plantnet.rbgsyd.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/NSWfl.pl?page=nswfl&glossary=yes&term=recurved&ill=Fig.+10+D Plantnet says longifolia leaves are 4-8 cm long, 2-6 mm wide, margins recurved; and aculeata leaves are 0.3-5 cm long, 0.7-2 mm wide, revolute almost to the midrib, rarely 3-5 mm wide and flattened. The Plantnet key separation is between flat leaves and cylindrical leaves! The upper surface of aculeata leaves is rough to coarsely prickly, that of longifolia is smooth.
