Great record, thanks! The blue in the upperside of the wings rules out Fringed Heath-blue, and the underside of the wings is wrong for Blotched Dusky-blue. You have noted breeding behaviour as part of your record, did you see some of the butterflies lay eggs on the saltbush? If so it would be interesting to follow their progress, as we're not certain how this species overwinters in the Canberra region.
