User's notes
Eating unknown avian prey, possibly a juvenile Dusky Moorhen. I couldn't believe that it swallowed a leg whole, although it took a bit of effort. Would've made for an interesting x-ray. The second leg was dropped on the ground, but the kite continued to look longingly at it, in spite of the bulging crop.
