The purple stem suggests it might be Purple Fireweed. However, if there is no one who really knows seedlings of that group of daisies, I would be inclined at this stage to mark it as Inconclusive,

For the latest suggestion the genus spelling is Arrhenechthites, my feeling is that this is a daisy but it is too immature for me to be able to make a useful contribution.

The purple underside of leaves is common for Senecio quadridentatus and other Senecio species, see:
