It is hard to separate this possible E. heatwolei from E. tympanum (We nee to see the head from side on and from a higher angle). Do you have another photo we can see? Both species occur at this elevation but they occupy different habitats. Was this individual in swampy country along a drainage line, or wet heath/bog in a low-lying area, or was it in drier forest and woodland? WillO
Given the presence of a gold-coloured stripe from behind the eye to above forelimb this is a E. heatwolei as you suggested. These species are very hard to id so it is good that you submitted the extra photo.
