Found in pool, quite active

Baby eastern brown snake and well avoided. Look at the markings on its head and compared with another baby brown found on CNM. The Little Whip Snake has a very different head pattern and is found in a few remnant grassland. GeoffR

The one bar behind the black head is the give away and on some individuals thin bands down the rest of the body can also be present. These dark markings fade and disappear after the first year.
