Extremely unlikely. The scientific paper which redefined this species states that it is coastal between Bundaberg and Jervis Bay. The only reason this name is still on CNM is that some records from Jervis Bay are still on CNM from the time before the geographic boundaries were defined. Unfortunately the scientific description of Cryptandra propinqua gives the light brown bracts at the base of the flowers as a defining character, which this plant has. The local species, Cryptandra speciosa, has flowers with the flower tube (below the spreading lobes) 2.2-3.5 mm long. In Cryptandra propinqua the flower tube is only 1-2.5 mm long. If you have not made a note of the flower length, a macro photo of the stem would be needed to see whether the hairs are mostly simple and pressed close to the stem (speciosa) or star-shaped (propinqua).

I actually meant to choose speciosa for this.
