It might be. The flowers are very similar. The key characters differentiating the two species in KeyBase (VicFlora) are that in Bulbine, the leaves are at the base of the plant and the flower stem is unbranched. In Tricoryne, the leaves are bract-like and very small, on branched stems. Geoff, could you comment please?

Betty, When I looked at the photo, I thought it was a tricoryne. However, at the time many years ago, i recorded that it was a bulbine. Marg is convinced it is a tricoryne and they are at Hall cem. We could go with tri, or delete the record. Geoff

Geoff. It might be better to delete the record since you cannot go back and check after all this time to get a photo of the plant habit, particularly Marg and you do not agree on it.

I'm fairly sure this is Tricoryne elatior the anthers look too small for a Bulbine. Furthermore, I don't think the flower buds for Bulbine are typically as dark as the ones shown here.
