I don't know the scale but going by the gumleaves the green leaves are smaller than agapanthus. Are those white flower buds in the photo? I would think of jonquil Narcissus tazetta or perhaps snowflake Leucojum aestivum. Wait for the flowers.

I think you are right Mike; the plant is smaller than agapanthus and yes the white bits are flower buds.
