Hi Aaron,
It is probably OK but I have left this for Chris due to little experience with this species (it would have been easier if it was a in-flight shot). Chris returned just a few days ago from his trip- I have spoken to him so he knows that there are a few sightings waiting for him.

PS. Funnily enough, I didn't get a notification for your comment on this sighting. Also, what happened to the list of significant sightings? Otherwise, I like the new look of the website

Thanks Ryu, I am still playing around with a few ideas. We have needed to de-clutter the home page and also modernise the general look and feel a bit. I have to work out a decent place for the Significant Sightings to be placed, I agree it is important information, just trying to keep the main home page down to absolute minimal things and reduce optional info if we can. Also trying to be a bit more minimalist with the design.

I think it is a big loss to loose the Significant Sightings from the home page. It makes them seem insignificant !

Can't we have more small boxes, like we used to have for Surveys? EG for Recently identified.

Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback guys. I will definitely work something out with the Significant Sightings, sorry just playing around with a few ideas at the moment (sorry for the disruption etc). You can't see it at the moment (because there are currently no scheduled events), but Events have now been merged into the single News & Event box. So when an Event is scheduled, it will appear in the same box. More work to be done...!

Thanks Michael :) Some other less obvious improvements that were made over the weekend with the new design is that it's much more mobile phone friendly (for people viewing the web site (not the app) from their web site). Also fixed a couple of very minor navigation related bugs I didn't even know about in the Admin section.
