Young Sparrowhawk or Goshawk, very difficult to distinguish, even when you know what to look for.. Do you have a photo from the front/behind? And did you make note of whether the tail was notched or rounded?

I have replaced the fifth photo with one which shows the tip of the tail better, but I have no photos from behind/front.
