Fairly certain these are P. nutans rosette leaves. They have the same crinkled leaf edges as the P. nutans leaves I've seen at black mountain. Almost along side a group of D. revolutum which had all died off and finished flowering.
This is a significant sighting for Mount Majura Nature Park, I will return to the location fortnightly from now on to monitor how they develop and hopefully flower closer towards spring.
