I usually do that. I was looking at the species list for the offset area and realised some of the most common plants were not on the list - observer bias, and I am responsible :-(

MIke - it would be useful to have a side view of a flower to see whether the peduncle has glandular hairs and fine prickles (Rosa rubiginosa) or not (Rosa canina).
