Steve if this is not a plant of Cultural heritage importance it should be removed as a matter of urgency. The seeds are likely to be fertile and revert back to true form which is a tree with dagger sized thorns on it. I spoke to a ranger in Camden who was hospitalised when during control a thorn went inside on one side of his bicep and came out the other. Definitely don't want seeds to spread along Molonglo.

Hi Miranda, yep, I can help collect if need be. At a glance I mistook these for the Diphucrania sp. we found at Bungonia, my apols. Let's try coordinate in the next week or so....

@MarkH thanks. I can definitely collect some specimens, these were quite numerous and I found them in the same location last year, and breeding (Diphucrania sp. (genus) (Jewel Beetle))

@Harrisi could you maybe help with collection as I imagine you know the drill for this? Thanks 😊
