It is almost certainly a species in the genus Hylaeus, but there are at least five possibilities with the same general coloration. With a clear view of the shape of the face and the yellow marking might reduce the number of possibilities, but this is probably one case when a specimen is needed for positive identification. Hylaeus rotundiceps is one of the possibilities.
