Our fourth nesting site for the year in the Canberra area more than the total known nests for all other years. If people could check out hollows in which they see Gang Gang activity that would be great
User's notes
Same nest hollow as TomT's new sighting 4184499, taken about ten minutes later, which shows a male nestling, so two nestlings in this hollow. Gang gang pair in tree nearby shortly after 8pm, male flew in, stood at entrance for a minute, female nestling came up, he fed her (blurry photo 3), then both disappeared into hollow. He stepped out onto branch (photo 5) and flew back in same direction.
