Author's notes

Unlike some of the sightings on AL Budawang recently, these plants were holding the flowers right in among the leaves, on very short scapes. Growing on the edge of montane bog, forming dense stands of blue-green, narrow-leaved tussocks to about 40cm high. The flowers are about half the size of P. sericea and glabrata flowers, paler mauve and often seem to not open fully, as in the photos.
