All sightings of this rare lizard are keenly sought as the Conservation Research area of the ACT Government is currently engaged in an initial survey for the species

Two monitors seen 500 meters apart on the Brandy Flat fire trail between Glendale depot and Brandy Hut in Namadgi National park.

Thanks Chris this is a hot spot area for Rosenbergs. Hopefully we will be able to compare the patterning on these animals with those recently photographed to check whether they are the same or different animals.
