This looks like something with a cap that has either gills or pores on the underside of the cap – but so dried out or weathered as to make me unsure of which. So, some genus of agaric or bolete rather than a Pisolithus. A mature Pisolithus has powdery spores and the outer skin breaks away to reveal mass of powdery spores. The uppermost spores mature first and can be blown away by the wind while the slightly slower spores mature, to be blown away in turn as the still lower ones mature and so on.
