Chlenias (genus)?
Caterpillar similar to Chlenias zonaea, see here:-
https://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/dipt/zonaea.html
However adult C. zonaea are yet to be recorded on NatureMapr for the ACT.
See also here:-
https://projectnoah.org/spotting/419233
Moths in the ACT mentions 3 Chlenias spp.: C. banksiaria group, C. nodosus and C. ochrocrana. The larva here does not match C. banksiaria or C, nodusus and I cannot find any images for C. ochracrana online or on file for Moths in Victoria (Part 5).
Possibly C. zonaea. I expect, but I cannot rule out C. ochrocrana.

Similar, but different to example of C. zonaea raised by S. Williams pictured in Moths of Victoria Part 5 CD
