User's notes
A heavy fog revealed that many shrubs in this area were coated in webbing (shown in the accompanying Sighting 4732451). When some of the webbed branches were examined in the following days, a number of barklice, mostly nymphs about 2mm long and a few adults, were found inside the webbing. The fourth photo shows an adult with what appears to be its recently shed skin. The adults have hairy wings, which together with the webs, suggests they belong to family Amphipsocidae.
