Have added another photo showing glimpse of underwing white markings quite different from underwing of O. correae (however on closer inspection too hard to draw this conclusion from this obscure angle). See also second image showing distinct underwing pattern ( this is different individual see next comment, this image now removed). On this individual upper forewing is a little unusual with elongated orange patch extending adjacent to abdomen having a break (consistent with O. correae)
I have reviewed the sequence of photos taken on the day. I can now confirm that the xenica facing right perched on faded coronidium is a separate individual to the individual shown on brighter coronidium and showing mostly upperside facing left. This latter one, I agree is O. correae male. Will post other individual separately.
Thanks Owen of course it is !!! In photo showing glimpse of underside of hindwing can see two of the broken white spots forward of subtornal eyespot on hindwing. Other O. orichora also recorded on the day.
