Thanks@RWPurdie. I looked at your link to anbg site and at NM examples and the toothbrush flowers match as does the irregular serration of the leaves. I’m pleased to see it’s found locally and will look around the nurseries for a small version to plant under its umbrella to ensure a succession for all the honey eaters and small birds that it attracts to my yard.
