User's notes

The pair of Gang-gangs was seen arriving at this potential nesting hollow. The female started to work on the hollow which was quite deep and took up most of her body length. In the meantime, the male moved to an adjacent tree to feed, as shown in following sighting 4700954. The male eventually joined the female and took over working on the hollow. Just after that a Wattlebird started to relentlessly harass the Gang-gang pair as shown in this and two following sightings 4700952 and 4700953. Eventually, the harassment got so bad that the Gang-gangs flew off, as did the Wattlebird. (See sighting 4701744 for details of the female Gang-gang).
