Some days after observing the weaning of Stevie's daughter, Cam and I noticed another young bird begging - but this one was a male, and very high up. The young bird was persistent towards both parents, until dad flew and pecked at him, but remained close by. The young bird was not fed by the adults. (I have a theory that this is the family that fledged two males in late January, and that there was only one young remaining)
