Part 1 of weaning of a young gang-gang. This is the first posting of three, to show weaning of a gang-gang fledgling. This is the Stevie family. I've noticed the family around regularly. As the flock of gang-gangs came in to feed, water and roost each evening, I could find this family by listening for the soft, circular begging sound of their young female, before being fed by mum and dad. These photos are of the last occasion that I saw the daughter being fed.
