the markings match Aponotoreas dascia although I've not found one looking quite as 'smudgy/smooth' as this one. Antenae fit male of that sp.

Doesn't look nearly as finely marked as most of the other examples on NatureMapr.

MoV (Part 3) has excellent notes for separating out Apootoreas spp, from each other and similar species. See also the supporting CD disc 'Annoying Grey Things'. It siggests that Xanthorhoe xanthospila 'Yellow Spooted Carpet' can be mistaken for A. dascia. I'm not sure that applies here , but see:-
