User's notes

Initially saw it clearly on a light pole on Flemington Rd but before I could get a pic it had flown over to tree on road verge on sth of southeast corner of dam at Budjan Galindji NR. I was only able to get one pic before it flew off again - hence not a great pic as it was beyond the limit of my camera zoom to get a good quality picture.
