I am not sure what the ACT Government is doing to control ALG. Given how much it has spread I suspect the only feasible option is to keep it out of areas it is yet to invade.

Not a whole lot unfortunately, from what I know it's not listed anywhere so it's very hard to get money to control the thing. We do spot spray it where it grows in Nature resereves (or try to anyways)
