Could potentially be T brevifolia. Leaf pretty far gone but the very dark post-anther lobe may be sufficient for ID (though column and arms appear correct for T peniculata).
The column has a bit of a slit and the column arms have small tufts and are curved upwards 90° which is generally more consistent with T. brevifolia. Comparing the images with those on VICFlora I would be more inclined to call this T. brevifolia rather than T. peniculata. Although I should note the VICFlora images may not be entirely trustworthy considering image 1 on the T. brevifolia page is of T. nuda/alpina.
@MattM I agree with you here. I use vicflora a lot as I find it more reliable than PlantNet TBH. Plus, Eamonn Culhane reckons this is brevifolia as well and his judgement is pretty spot on. I've confirmed as such, despite the dodgy leaf, based on at least 3 of us agreeing.
@mattm though I will note that Eamonn reckons it's closest to T atrax ms. As such, I'm confirming it as Thelymitra sp. I love this genus, so confusing!
