Treatment of phalaris aquatica trial in grassy woodland low slope, deep soil. Patches of phalaris cut and new growth sprayed with glyphosate 1:100 mix in autumn 2024. Photos show rhizomes of some tussocks that were sprayed; notice the brighter coloured bits of rhizome which may or may not dead. Next step is to dig out rhizomes of treated tussock and cultivate in pots to see whether the plants re-sprout.
