Under Exocarpos cupressiformis trees; treated with Brush-off (Metsulfuron methyl) as advised by Biosecurity; needs monitoring for results. I suggest to monitor all Exocarops trees along the drainage line and close by for Bridal Creeper.
I come across those when I tackle Serrated Tussock which is getting out of control in the area; therefore I usually have a knapsack with glyphosate and not the appropriate herbicide; I can't do both at once. I suggested a couple of times a targeted survey and control of Bridal Creeper which seems to occur quite frequently under the Exocarpos trees in the vicinity of this large drainage line. May be volunteers are expected to do all WoNS in the more remote areas away from tracks, such as steep slopes where contractor vehicle can't go?
