I suppose someone (one of the plant moderators) will put it on for you, Sarah. Well spotted! Its not on the ACT Census so get a sample of it and press it for the National Herbarium.
Do you think this has been planted, Sarah? It is species which is available to gardeners. Several subspecies occur widely everywhere else except around here, according to ALA.
The plant is growing on a rather rocky patch of ground beneath Tasmanian Blue Gums along the easement behind the houses on the boundary of Cook. The location is 1-2m from a dirt road used by vehicles, a cavaletti and a path used by walkers. I can't imagine anyone planting it there; no one plants anything anywhere else along this easement. I imagine it has grown from seed dropped by a bird (or a horse?)
