Hi Alison, this looks like it is Pheidole to me. What do you think? The major and minor workers are very typical for this genus. Cheers, Jon

Hi Alison, yes, the markings on the abdomen are very similar, but the major workers with the enormous heads are very distinctive in Pheidole. Cheers, Jon
