Pied Lacewing courting behaviour: the single lacewings line up on one specific tree which is probably soon laden with pheromone; one approaches another and quickly clasps the other's antenna (in all observations so far, the lower uses its right elbow to grab the upper one's left antenna); the clasping stage may go for over an hour but in this case, they soon moved to a parallel position and started mating.
