User's notes

Found under loose bark. Seemed to have very elaborate structures at the base of the palps.

I can see a pair of long antennae, but no legs or wings. Orthoptera?

Hi @donhe. Sorry it is so hard to see - it was extremely well camouflaged against the bark. I have added another photo that has been cropped closely around the moth and I have marked some of the parts. The curved yellow line outlines the fringe at the end of the upper forewing and the arrows point to a curved palp and one leg. A piece of bark that obscures the other legs is outlined in blue.
