Two Gang Gangs previously reported as nesting here. Significant changes, with partnered tree having come down over a month ago it seems (leaves dried off). When falling, branches used by Gang Gangs havee broken. No sign of ongoing nesting, nor any Gang Gangs in the area - observed for aroundnd 2 hours. No sounds coming from nest area.
Two Wood Ducks later seen checking out the hollow.
Reported for interested parties - can probably list this as an unsuccessful breeding event now! Sorry.

Thanks JimL we did pole this tree on three occasions there had been some Gang-gang preparation and we were very hopeful initially that this was a nest location. Unfortunately on teh third fling there was a brush tail possum in the hollow
