It's probably Psuedechis and appears to be in poor condition. Unfortunately, the image shows nothing that confirms id.

Yes I agree John. Should remain unidentified unless someone can come up with a convincing argument. I think unlikely to be A. ramsayi at that low elevation location in the north of the ACT.
