Based on the feature of the black forewing bar with a white spot at either end on the forewing near the base (several examples of P. mucida can be seen online with this feature eg the ALA} - I think this could well be that species. However this specimen looks a lot plainer than most other example, Perhaps its just somewhat worn.

What would have been a forewing marginal arc of dark dots seems to have been worn down to near translucency.
