Two more specimens with the bright orange lobes, but thin, strappy leaves.

I suspect this is Thelymitra brevifolia. The leaf is quite narrow for the species, but the colour and shape of the post-anther lobe look good for T. brevifolia.

@MattM that leaf, though! It does not fit at all, especially as it is amongst more "true" T brevifolia with lovely, broad leaves. I suspect it is a hybrid of some decription.

Could be on the narrow side as T. brevifolia can have leaves "(3–)7–20 mm wide". Could also be a reddish T. pauciflora.
