@Tapirlord good call, I missed that! I did think it looked odd, but @mlech and I spent over 3 hours out there looking at about a thousand plants, couldn't keep them all straight in the end. T arenaria fits, I think, but hybrid is also a possibility.
Thelymitra arenaria is supposed to have larger perianth segments "(8–)10–15 mm long" which would make these flowers uncharacteristically small for the species. Given the size of the flowers, short tufts on the lateral arms, and broad leaf, I think this is most likely Thelymitra brevifolia.
