Not many local records. Jerrabomberra, Fyshwick and Mt Taylor (old, no photo) are the closest.

Tiliqua scincoides are always banded rather than blotched as can been seen here, hence the common name.

this is an incredible find! there aare hardly any records of blotchies in canberra itself, their local distribution seems to miss canberra. this is a very important record. great work.
