Do you have any images of the seedheads? There are several other fine-leaved grass species this could also be such as Rytidosperma spp. and Austrostipa scabra.

No seed heads yet. It's a new area for me. Poa meionectes is in woodland nearby but looking at my photo rather than the plant there seems to be too much old vegetation. I dont think grass id is possible without looking at all the features (ie from a photo). I'll keep my eye on it. Thanks for your comment.
