GPSed. Prey of Nankeen Kestrel sighting 4496331. While I wasn't able to zoom into to get a good close up SLL seems to be a logical deduction given the prevalence of other SLL sightings in this area of the site?
I agree most likely to be a species of Delma. Looks to be too big to be an Aprasia as suggested by CarbonAl. On the image i can see on my computer there is no sign of even weak striping typical of most Delma impar (striped legess lizard) so very likely to be Delma inornata.
Thanks Will for both comments. Yes I agree that it's more likely to be D. inornata after zooming in on my pic and yes definitely no striping characteristic of D. impar. After I initially uploaded my sighting I went back and had a look at all CNM sightings and survey records for this site and was about to go back and change my sighting to D. inornata. Survey records on CNM for D. inornata exist at this site though only for Nov 2012 northwest of the dam.
Thanks Will and John. To assist anyone else viewing this that don't have moderator and higher level CNM access I've updated the sighting by adding a cropped version of the original picture which zooms in on the lizard. Hopefully this adds a bit more clarity.
