Isolepis subtilissima is best fit.
Key characteristics: Stem filiform. height - to 12 cm. Spikelets one (occasionally 2); ovoid; 3 mm long, 1.5 mm wide. Involucral bract exceeds inflorescence. Has leaves , which are about half length of culm. Forms a dense tussock, so may be rhizomatous.
