I think H. servilis is too narrow, and does not have the forewing black zigzag postmedial line of this specimen.

Yes it looks quite distinctive, quite unlike other named Halone genus species.

I wonder why is H. ophiodes in the Tiger moth list twice, but there is no Halone(genus) entry. I would suggest the latter.
